Patron Program Terms of service.
Art selection order will go in order of sign up for the program, “first-come, first-served”. All patrons will have 48 hours to see the work before selections are made, then an assigned 30 minute window to notify the artist of the selection.
Shipping is not included in the patron program and must be paid by the patron. Shipping will be calculated after the piece is selected and an invoice will be sent. Art shipped upon payment of the shipment invoice. Alternatively, local pickup will be available in the Waco area.
If the desired piece of art is outside of the patron’s selected tier, the patron may apply the amount paid in this far towards a piece of art in another tier after every patron in that tier has made their selection. If the piece’s price is higher than the amount paid to date, the balance must be paid on date of selection.
If a patron cancels at any time, the payments made can be put towards another piece of art. Payments held for 12 months from date of first payment, afterwards all partial payments will be forfeited. No refunds for any reason.
FAQ
Will there be more than one piece available for me to select from?
Yes, there will be multiple pieces available in each tier, and more pieces available than patron program slots meaning even the “last person” will have multiple options. The first person to sign up will have the added benefit of being the first to make their selection of work.
When do I get to see what pieces will be available for selection?
Every patron will be sent the available work at least two days in advance of the “selection date” (Saturday, February 22, 2025). Then on the selection date, each patron will have a 60 minute window to send their selection before the next patron is able to make their selection. The selection process will go in order of sign ups.
How will payments be received?
The first payment is made and received directly through the Ellen Mote webpage upon signup. The following payments will be made via ACH transfer on the 15th of each month through an online system called Helcim.
How will I stay updated throughout the duration of the Patron Program?
All patrons will receive updates on the work, as well as some behind-the-scenes info throughout the program via email.
